History

All Star Financial (ASF) is an independent Registered Investment Advisory firm that currently advises/manages over $450 million in assets. ASF was incorporated in 1990 in order to provide a wide range of services to meet the wealth management needs of its clients. Today, ASF provides investment management and financial planning services to over 400 clients, including individuals, corporations and non-profit organizations. Under the leadership of president Bob Klefsaas, ASF has grown from $5 million in 1990 to over $450 million today. In addition, All Star Financial under the name Hays Investment Advisors advises over 70 401(k) clients with $1.8 billion in assets.
