Client Services/Communication

We are firmly committed to keeping our clients informed and involved in the wealth management process. We pride ourselves on excellent client service. Our clients have complete access to the All Star team including the President and Portfolio Manager. This team approach ensures there is always someone available to answer your questions.


You will have a minimum of two face-to-face meetings a year to discuss your portfolio and any life changes that may dictate adjustments. Also, if market conditions or your particular situation dictate, you will be contacted more frequently. You are also free to contact us at any time.

To enable you to easily track your investments, we provide quarterly performance reports that summarize how each investment performed during the quarter. You also have 24-hour on line access and monthly statements directly from Fidelity Investments or Charles Schwab & Co.

Each quarter we send you a newsletter which reviews the market and discusses various financial topics and what we have in front of us. In addition, we keep you updated with a weekly blog and a weekly market wrap on our All Star Financial web site.
